Students receive master's degrees from Miami University through Project Dragonfly and four U.S. zoos
Next week, students from Cincinnati, Cleveland, Chicago and Seattle will graduate with master's degrees from Project Dragonfly's Advanced Inquiry Program (AIP) at Miami University. The AIP combines coursework at U.S. partner institutions with collaborative work in Dragonfly's web-based learning communities. This month's graduates have studied at the Chicago Zoological Society-Brookfield Zoo, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and Woodland Park Zoo (Seattle).

Miami master's students invited to present at 11th Annual World Community Conference
Miami master's students from Project Dragonfly will present as invited featured speakers at the 11th Annual World Community Conference at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. The Conference, sponsored by the Zoo and Miami University's Project Dragonfly, will showcase the work of formal and informal educators who have conducted inquiry projects at key conservation sites around the world and in classrooms throughout the country.

Next week, more than 60 students in the Global Field Program will graduate with master's degrees from Miami University through Project Dragonfly. The Global Field Program brings together master's degree candidates, scientists, educators and community leaders at key conservation sites across the globe for firsthand experience with inquiry-driven education, environmental stewardship and global understanding.
