FSB student wins spot in Launch It: Cincy program
A first-year Farmer School Supply Chain and Operations Management major and Entrepreneurship co-major has won one of three spots in Main Street Ventures' Launch It: Cincy program. Ella Rumpke's Nail Pops, which creates reusable press-on nails that offer salon-quality beauty without the commitment or harm to natural nails, was one of the winners.

Three Minute Thesis
Ten finalists competed in the Miami University Graduate School Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition held Feb. 24. Finalists were selected from among 15 graduate students who participated earlier this semester in the research communication competition. The 3MT, held at more than 900 universities worldwide, challenges participants to present their research in just 180 seconds in an engaging form that can be understood by an intelligent audience with no background in the research area.

Constructive Dialogue Program Completion
The entire program entails six online lessons (30 minutes each) and three peer-to-peer conversations (30 minutes each), for a total time commitment of 4.5 hours. This robust offering explores psychological concepts to understand how the brain processes information during conflict and learn practical skills for engaging in dialogue, while using real-life scenarios and interactive activities.

Track 1 is composed of two online courses (30 minutes each) and a peer-to-peer conversation (30 minutes), for a total time commitment of 1.5 hours. Miami University graduate students from Project Dragonfly's Advanced Inquiry Program (AIP) and Global Field Program (GFP) are the recipients of scholarships through Miami University's Botany Department, along with Drs. T. K. Wilson and Hardy Eshbaugh, Project Dragonfly, Drs. Jose I. Pareja and Wendy P. After a career-ending injury derailed her plans to play college soccer, Miami student Grace Chaney used the experience as an opportunity to find her true passions in biomechanics, orthopedics, and medicine. As a kinesiology and premed double major, Grace has served as an undergraduate fellow at the Mayo Clinic, and her award-winning research has already helped busy people find new ways to squeeze in effective workouts. Miami University Regionals Students Win Honors In Perk-Up Middletown Art Project
Artwork created by students from Miami University Regionals has been selected to be displayed on electrical boxes throughout Middletown as part of the Perk-Up Middletown project. The public art project, which is sponsored by the City of Middletown, the Rotary Club of Middletown, the Middletown Arts Center and Miami University Regionals Middletown Campus, is intended to create pride in the visual aesthetics of the downtown area while showing that Middletown is a vibrant and exciting destination for visitors and residents alike.
