Samantha Baker Awarded Scholarship to Attend Miami University

Incoming Miami University first-year student Samantha Baker has been awarded the Ohio P.E.O. Scholarship.

Baker is earning a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science.

She plans to study a pre-law track with a goal of attending law school to specialize in human rights.

Considered one of eight original "Public Ivies" in the country, Miami University is located in Oxford, Ohio. The university is consistently ranked by U.S. News and World Report for its commitment to undergraduate teaching and is the number one college town according to Forbes.
