Miles Hagner receives microbiology award from Miami University

Miles Hagner, of Centerville, Ohio (45458) and a microbiology major at Miami University, was awarded the Oren E. Taft Scholarship for demonstrating academic merit and plan on attending medical school by Miami's microbiology department.

Miami's microbiology department presented awards and scholarships to outstanding undergraduate and graduate students Wednesday, April 27, during the Orton K. Stark Lecture given by B. Brett Finlay, Peter Wall Distinguished Professor of Microbiology at the University of British Columbia.
