Miami Unversity Regionals Student Cheyenne Shepherd Earns National Service Award

Miami University Regionals student Cheyenne Shepherd was recognized for 100 hours of service, earning a Bronze level ranking during the 2016-2017 academic year.

The President's Volunteer Service Award recognizes individuals who have contributed a certain number of hours to the community through service over a 12-month period. The award was created as a way to honor those who are involved and who inspire others to become active in their communities. Levels include bronze, silver, gold and the highest honor, the President's Lifetime Achievement Award for those who contribute more than 4,000 hours of service in their lifetime.
