Miami student Jillian O'Neil was recognized at the spring undergraduate research forum.
The forum showcases creative and scholarly activities of undergraduates who have engaged in research over the course of the academic year.
O'Neil presented "Experimenting the Nutrient Density and Quality of Cornbread with Alterations of Key Ingredient Components" during the interactive poster session.
O'Neil worked with Sockju Kwon in the Kinesiology and Health Department on the poster.
