Miami University Student-Athlete Katie Tomasic Earns All-MAC Honor

Miami University student-athlete Katie Tomasic has earned Mid-American Conference honors.

Tomasic, from Livonia, was named 2016 MAC Volleyball All-Mac First Team. She is earning a Bachelors of Science in Business majoring in Supply Chain & Operations Mgmt.

Miami University student-athletes finished the spring 2016 semester with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.21, the highest GPA ever for a single semester. Overall, nearly 40 percent (189 of 490) of the RedHawks finished with a GPA of 3.5 or higher, and 38 of those student-athletes recorded a 4.0 GPA.
