Miami University RedHawk Andrew Dusing Qualifies for NCAA Preliminary

Miami University RedHawk Andrew Dusing is one of nine student-athletes to qualify for the NCAA Preliminary.

A three-day meet, this year's NCAA East Region Preliminary is held in Lexington at the University of Kentucky. Dusing is in the 1500m & 5000m competition.

Dusing is earning a B.S. in Business majoring in Finance, Management and Leadership.

Miami University student-athletes finished the spring 2017 semester with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.31, the second highest GPA ever for a single semester. Overall, nearly 67 percent of the RedHawks finished with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and 40 of those student-athletes recorded a 4.0 GPA.
