Miami University First-Year Student Samuel Hoffman Commits to RedHawks

Miami University first-year student Samuel Hoffman has committed to the RedHawks and has signed a letter of intent to continue his track career in red and white.

Hoffman is earning a Bachelor of Science majoring in Education.

Miami University student-athletes finished the spring 2017 semester with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.31, the second highest GPA ever for a single semester. Overall, nearly 67 percent of the RedHawks finished with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and 40 of those student-athletes recorded a 4.0 GPA.
