Louis Belpedio Named 2016-17 RedHawk Team Captain

The Miami University RedHawks men's ice hockey team has named Louis Belpedio team captain for the 2016-2017 season.

Belpedio is from Skokie (60077).

Miami University student-athletes finished the spring 2016 semester with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.21, the highest GPA ever for a single semester. Overall, nearly 40 percent (189 of 490) of the RedHawks finished with a GPA of 3.5 or higher, and 38 of those student-athletes recorded a 4.0 GPA.

Belpedio is earning a B.S. in Kinesiology & Health majoring in Sport Leadership & Management.
