Lot Kwarteng attends Statehouse Day in Columbus, Ohio

Lot Kwarteng of Westerville, OH a freshman political science major at Miami University and a member of the Government Relations Network (GRN), was selected to attend the Inter-University Council of Ohio (IUC) Higher Education Day at the Statehouse. The event included office visits, conversations with elected officials, and a luncheon with the general assembly members in the Statehouse Atrium.

Miami's GRN explores careers at all levels of government through participation in student and community activities, workshops, and conferences at the state and federal levels.

Dr. David Hodge, president of Miami University and current chair of the IUC's President's Council, was one of the keynote speakers at the Higher Education Statehouse Day luncheon.

Lot is a graduate of Westerville Central High School.
