Imani Fields Attends Presidential Inaguration

Imani Fields is one of more than 30 Miami University students attending the inauguration of President Donald Trump in Washington, DC today.

Students from all areas of study traveled to the nation's capital for the historical day.

Fields, from Columbus (43230) is earning a Bachelors of Arts International Studies, Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Studies, Political Science.

Miami University was 1 of only 5 universities in the nation to receive the Presidential Award in the 2012 President's Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll. In 2013, Miami received an honor roll placement with distinction. Miami has been named to The President's Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll every year since 2007.
