Dave Coulter from Miami University's Project Dragonfly publishes original work

Oak Park, Ill. resident Dave Coulter from Miami University's Project Dragonfly has published an original work entitled "Life in the Margins: The Role of the Post-Modern Hedgerow." In his article, Coulter reconsidered the role of hedgerows as a tool in the service of biodiversity enhancement. The article appeared in Solutions, which publishes original work about showcasing bold and innovative ideas for solving the world's integrated ecological, social and economic problems.

Coulter, the owner of Osage Inc., is a current master's student at Miami University. As a student in the Advanced Inquiry Program (AIP), Coulter takes courses onsite at the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago while sharing ideas with peers and instructors nationwide via web-based learning communities.

The community-based AIP master's degree is co-delivered by Miami's Dragonfly and Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) accredited premier learning institutions in Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Denver, New York, Phoenix, San Diego and Seattle.
