Amy Fultz from Miami University's Project Dragonfly publishes original work

Bossier City , La. resident Amy Fultz from Miami University's Project Dragonfly has published an original work entitled "An Evaluation of Nest-Building Behavior by Sanctuary Chimpanzees with Access to Forested Habitats." In her recent article, Fultz examined nest-building behavior of chimpanzees. The article appeared in Folia Primatologica, which publishes original work about current primate research.

In her experience with the master's program, Fultz has traveled to Belize, Borneo and the Amazon and has taught courses in the Amazon. Fultz is currently a behavior and education program manager at Chimp Haven.

The Global Field Program master's degree and Earth Expeditions courses are designed for educators and other professionals from all disciplines and settings interested in making a difference in human and ecological communities.
