Alexus Jimson-Miller Places 39th at NCAA Prelim Debut

Alexus Jimson-Miller placed 39th in her postseason debut representing the Miami University RedHawks women's track and field program. She ran in the final 100m hurdles heat at the NCAA East Region Preliminary meet.

Miami University student-athletes finished the spring 2016 semester with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.21, the highest GPA ever for a single semester. Overall, nearly 40 percent (189 of 490) of the RedHawks finished with a GPA of 3.5 or higher, and 38 of those student-athletes recorded a 4.0 GPA.

Jimson-Miller is earning a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology & Health majoring in Health Promotion.
